During the first weeks of January 2024 a drop in average prices has been recorded in the areas of Cemagi and Seseh.

This consolidation is likely to be the result of a localised bubble bursting.

In 2022 and 2023 the ares of Cemagi and Seseh have been in great demand thus inducing land owners to increase prices substantially overtime.

  • In Seseh, Land prices rose from 12,000,000 IDR per are/year for leasehold contracts up to 25,000,000 IDR are/year.
    In January 2024, prices for land in Seseh are recorded to be around 18 to 20,000,000 IDR per are/year (28% discount)
  • In Cemagi, land prices increased from 13,000,000 IDR per are/year for leasehold contracts up to 18,000,000 IDR.
    In January 2024, prices for land in Cemagi are recorded to be around 15,000,000 per are/year (16% discount)
